DESCRIPTION: Interactive presentation among the participants.This informative and formative module of 7 hours is ideal to be taken by the team members together. However, it can be imparted to people who wish to have the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes to be a good Christian Leader. Includes 5 self-reflections. These are three critical competencies that a Christian Leader Must develop and use, to be able to lead their teams and achieve the mission that God has estrusted them.

SUPPORTING MATERIAL: It has an introduction as presentation of the workshop and has a presentation in Power Point for the exhibition of the theme.
